WHY DO I GET THE ERROR MESSAGE: "ITEM IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE?"

You are getting that message because the ASAP Pick up option is not available. You mush choose SPECIFIC TIME and then choose a day/time between Thursday-Saturday from 4pm-7pm. 
We are a small startup, so while the hours of operation shown on the website are 24/7 to allow you to place your order anytime, the pick up times are set to only those 3 days a week. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All purchases are pre-paid as we make the pasta to order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay through Venmo @AManoPastaCo or through PayPal using: amanopastaco@gmail.com

HOW DO I COOK THE PASTA I JUST BOUGHT?

Fresh pasta is a very unique treat. It's delicate and it must be refrigerated until the moment you put it in boiling water. 

Cooking Steps:

1. Place A Mano pasta in the fridge - it must be kept refrigerated until you are ready to boil it. 

2. Boil 16 cups of water per 16 oz(1 lb) of pasta. 

3. Add salt to the water - 1 pinch of salt per cup of water. 

4. When water is hard boiling (212 degrees F), gently place the pasta in the boiling water. 

5. Cooking time:

  • Ravioli: 1-2 minutes ***GLUTEN FREE ravioli:3-4 minutes. 

  • Long pasta (fettuccine, spaghetti, pappardelle): 2-3 minutes. 

  • Short pasta (farfalle, garganelli): 3-4 minutes. 

**** IF YOU COOK THE PASTA FOR LONGER THAN LISTED ABOVE OR LEAVE THE PASTA SITTING IN HOT WATER AFTER THE COOKING TIME MENTIONED ABOVE, THE PASTA WILL TURN SLIMY**** Don't do this. You want your pasta to be silky smooth. 

6. Once you take the pasta out of the water, make sure all the water is drained, add a swirl of olive oil and enjoy it with your favorite cheese or pasta sauce. 

WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT YOUR INGREDIENTS?

All of our pasta products are made with local organic, non-gmo, premium flours as well as organic, free-range eggs. Our produce for the ravioli fillings is also organic. We do our best to use local products.

WHAT ALLERGENS SHOULD I WORRY ABOUT?

While we use gluten-free flours and produce for our gluten-free products we do not prepare them in a gluten-free certified facility. Thus, the gluten-free products and all products in general may contain: Wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and soy.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! We offer $10, $250 gift cards on our website. Go to the menu bar above to see it. 

HOW MUCH PASTA PER PERSON?

Pasta Per Person: The Rule
Dried pasta: 75-115 g/3-4 oz
Fresh pasta: 115-150 g/4-5 oz
Filled pasta (like ravioli): 175-200 g/6-7 oz
Dried pasta: 75-115 g/3-4 oz - Not A Mano Pasta

You may place your order by 12pm Wednesday. Then choose a time to pick up your fresh pasta between 4pm-7pm Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Pick up is at The Leonardo at 209 East 500 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, USA. Please call 801-859-4632 when you get there so we can come out with your order.
